Format shall be Swiss system using Power Ranking scoring and Slide pairing (rounds 1-3) and Adjacent pairing (round 4)

Round 1: Slide format, 6-seed bye ("Bye 1")

Round 1.5: 5th-place from 1st round ("Bye 2") vs 6-seed ("Bye 1")

Round 2: Slide format based on rankings from after round 1.5; Bye 2 has bye

Round 3: Slide format based on rankings from after round 2, avoiding rematches by flipping adjacent seeds; 5th-place team has bye (unless has already had bye, then 6th, or 7th) ["Bye 3']

Round 3.5: 5th-place team after Round 3 (unless has already  played Bye 3, then 6th, 7th, etc) ["Bye 4"] vs Bye 3

Round 4: Adjacent format; avoid rematches unless cannot be done without pairing teams with more than 1-match gap in results (eg 3-1 v 2-2 is OK, 3-1 v 2-1-1 or 2-2 is not); #1, #2, and Bye 4 have bye

Final: #1 vs #2 after Round 3.5
