Gentle is an Ultimate Frisbee team based in Ghent. What started as a bunch of friends having fun has evolved to a bunch of friends having fun and playing harder then ever before. We've won four Belgian titles in the last eight years. And we're hoping to play quarters again in our 7th Windmill appearence!
