ULTIMATE TEAM

The Royal Goaltimate Society (or RGS) was formed in London in 2006 by a bunch of Ultimate players and a few Goaltimate specialists looking for some extra disc fun outside of club training. Mixed from its inception, the RGS would get together for both midweek and weekend Goaltimate sessions on Hyde Park in clear view of Her Majesty. In September 2008 the RGS hosted the Royal Goal-Tea Party a Goaltimate tournament for players around London. With the golden hoop a regular feature on London's parks year-round, the RGS has continued to grow with more like-minded players wishing to expand their skills and who value heckling as a coaching method. Our Facebook group has now got over 100 members. We have spawned associated Royal Societies in Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney and Bristol.
